NAVIGATE MENOPAUSE AND OTHER MAJOR LIFE CHANGES

Let's release the mindset of 'getting through' midlife.

"I help women in midlife stop putting themselves last and start investing in themselves so they can move through change with health, energy, and confidence. Because what you do for your body and mind right now is compound interest for the life you want to live later. When women show up for themselves today, they build the active, vibrant life they desire for the future. I do that through personal training and the ChangeHer Community, with events like Sunday Suppers that foster real connections and support women in taking care of themselves."

In 2019, Stephanie sat in silence for a week at a meditation retreat, after a doctor's appointment turned up high blood pressure while she had been training for endurance races for years. Her body had started changing without her permission, and she wanted answers.

At the retreat, there was no talking, no phone, no noise. Just clarity.

She came home knowing exactly what she was supposed to do next: help women understand what was happening to their bodies. Not with a diet plan. Not with a supplement. With the truth, delivered straight, with a side of grace and a little humor.

Stephanie has spent more than 30 years in health and wellness, but don't let that number fool you into thinking this is just a career for her. She has lived midlife alongside you.

The body that shifted overnight, the hormones that rewrote the rules she thought she knew, the memory that suddenly had other plans (why did I walk into this room again?), and the years of chasing an impossible standard before finally deciding she'd rather be strong than fit into a smaller size.

As a nationally certified personal trainer, menopause coach, meditation instructor, and wellness coach, she has done the homework so her clients don't have to. She doesn't just read the research, she asks her own doctors. She brings the experts to her table, literally , through her ChangeHER podcast and Sunday Suppers, so her community gets the real story, not the internet version. What women find when they work with Stephanie is that they are not just a client, they are family.

Nurtured, supported, and cared for far beyond the training session.

Stephanie's philosophy is simple, even if living it isn't: What you invest in yourself now with movement, sleep, quiet moments, and community is compound interest for the life you want later. She has seen what happens when women don't make that investment, and she has seen what happens when they do. She wants more of the second story. She wants you to be the oldest person in the gym, not the youngest in a nursing home.

She is the creator of Meno Mixtape , a Substack that does for menopause what a mixtape from your best friend does: speaks your language, provides comfort, and reminds you someone gets it.

She lives in Arlington, Virginia, where she believes the most important thing a woman in midlife can do is decide that she comes first.
