ChangeHER  Community
Sunday Supper

An in-person gathering for women in midlife, where every woman has a seat at the table to share meaningful conversations and build lasting community connections.

FOR WOMEN IN MIDLIFE

FOR WOMEN IN MIDLIFE •

“Taking care of ourselves isn’t individual work; it’s collective power in motion.”

A community of women to talk with and confide in is extremely helpful and valuable.

The ChangeHER Community is more than a supper. It’s a supportive place where women in midlife can show up as themselves, feel seen, and leave inspired.

You're invited toSunday Supper

Sunday Supper is a warm, welcoming evening for women in midlife across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. A place to slow down, share a meal, and have the kinds of honest conversations that are hard to find elsewhere.

"A space to be real, be heard, and belong."

Over dinner, we talk openly about what's happening in our lives, support one another through the ups and downs, and build a circle of friendship that grows stronger every month. Each gathering also features a guest expert sharing insights on topics that matter to us. Topics range from midlife health and fitness to relationships, career shifts, and personal growth.

Midlife brings so much transition, joy, uncertainty, and reinvention. At Sunday Supper, you don't have to navigate it alone. Come as you are. Leave feeling full.
